DMX AG AND armtec platon
We install DMX AG membrane and Armtec Platon Membrane. Air gap dimpled membrane is a polyethylene membrane which is applied to exterior foundation walls. The membrane prevents water and soil moisture from making contact with foundation walls.
CSI Spec
RC-30 damproofing
RC-30 is an asphalt cutback priming liquid. RC-30 tar prevents water, air, and moisture from making contact with the foundation walls.
Blueskin
Blueskin is a peel-and-stick polyethylene membrane which prevents water, air, and moisture from making contact with the foundation wall.
Miradrain 6000 and styrofoam
Styrofoam is installed on the exterior of foundation walls, and can be applied on the outside of the Miradrain 6000 membrane and RC-30 dampproofing.

Sidings
Sidings, soffit, fascia, flashing and the occasional window and door as well as the caulking of windows, doors, expansion joints etc. are installed and repaired.
Drywall & Plastering
Drywall is installed, repaird, and maintained, as well as the application of plaster to the drywall.
